There are many people who believe they are heading in the right direction after repentance, but they are in delusion. God's heart is burdened for the ones who do not truly turn and repent.

God has called us to be people who examine our hearts, not just our outward actions. How often do we resist His conviction of inward sin, and only give heed to sins that cause outward problems?
