Bradley Furges Biography Back to Bios
Brad Furges is the Director of Men’s Counseling at Pure Life Ministries. Brad holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia (UVa) and an M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Master’s Divinity School. Shortly after completing his undergraduate degree at UVa, he was accepted into their School of Medicine where he was enrolled in 1993. Following two consecutive drug arrests, his medical career came to an abrupt halt in the fall of 1996. By January of 1999, sexual sin and drug abuse had all but destroyed his life, landing him at Pure Life Ministries where he discovered the liberation, fulfillment, and acceptance he had long searched for in Jesus Christ. For over 10 years, Brad has served at Pure Life Ministries. As the Director of Men’s Counseling, Brad sees first hand the havoc caused by sexual sin in the lives of Christian men and their families. Brad’s ministry at PLM is to lead men to repentance and a life-changing encounter with God. This along with his personal testimony makes him an extremely popular presenter at the ministry’s "A Call to Purity Weekends."
