Live-In Program Enrollment
Program Cost
The cost of the Live-In program is $175 per week. If you are accepted, a $2000 Induction Fee must be received before your scheduled arrival. This Induction Fee will ensure you a place in the program. Participants must pay their first two weeks' of program fees ($350) upon arrival.
How to Enroll
Enrollment begins by obtaining an application for the Live-In Program*. Applications are available via Web Download or by calling 888.PURELIFE.
The enrollment process includes filling out the application, obtaining a reference from a spiritual leader, writing a brief testimony, and obtaining a physical examination (post acceptance). Once you complete your application and the accompanying forms, mail them back to us according to the instructions put forth in the paperwork you received. Once we receive the completed forms we will review them and call you for an interview.
