Program Cost

The cost of the entire program including the cost for all tapes and materials is $1000 for single individuals and $2000 for married couples. Individuals who wish to begin the program with a partial payment can pay at least $400 in advance and the remaining $600 in two additional payments of $300 due on or before the 5th week and the 9th week of the program, respectively. Couples can pay at least $800 in advance and the remaining $1200 in two payments of $600.

Special Savings: For those who can pay the entire amount in advance the cost is $900 for individuals and $1800 for couples.

How To Enroll

Enrollment begins by obtaining an application for the At-Home Program. Applications are available via Web Download or by calling 888.PURELIFE.

Once you have completed your application simply mail it in with either your full or partial payment and we will get you enrolled. For those who prefer to place their enrollment fee on a credit card, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
