James 4:7-8: "Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.” Although the title of this message is not an actual biblical quote, it is an ominous reality. Many professing Christians only draw near to God on Sundays, while cozying up to the devil throughout the week. James calls on his readers to draw near to God as if their very life depended upon it. “You will find Him if you search for Him with all your soul.”
