What often makes room for sin in a professing believer’s life is a misunderstanding of discipleship. Jesus shared the meaning of discipleship multiple times throughout His ministry, but the specific call at the end of Luke 14 clearly lays out that it will cost us everything if we are to be His disciple. There’s no room for anything which keeps us from coming to Him, even good things.
